How to get to Lopes Mendes
Trails T10 + T11 (Complete Route)
• Longer route, starting from Abraão
• Passes through Praia de Palmas until reaching Pouso
• Total distance: 7.2 km
• Estimated time: 3 hours
• Level: Moderate to Difficult
Important Recommendations:
• Bring at least 2 liters of water
• Wear appropriate hiking shoes
• Apply insect repellent
• Bring some sweets in case your energy drops
• Don't carry objects in your hands (water, phone)
• You'll need to hold onto branches, roots, and rocks
Observations:
• Trail T10 from Abraão to Palmas is beautiful, with the forest protecting us from the sun
• On rainy days, be extra careful - the terrain is slippery
